Strategic advisory for complex climate and urban systems

HELPING ORGANIZATIONS DESIGN EFFECTIVE PROGRAMS, NAVIGATE DECISION RISKS, AND TRANSLATE EVIDENCE INTO ACTIONABLE POLICIES

Urban Infrastructure Risk Advisory

Assessing feasibility, risk, and strategic direction for complex urban development and infrastructure decisions across climate, policy, land-use, and socio-spatial realities.

Systems Resilience and Impact Analysis

Evaluating how projects and policies perform under climate, and system stress, including their impacts on social vulnerability, infrastructure resilience, and community health outcomes.

Program and Policy Strategy

Designing policies and programs based on scientifically developed theories of change that deliver measurable outcomes by aligning goals, actions, and results that are grounded in local context, stakeholder priorities, and real-world implementation conditions.

Experience and approach

I am a strategic advisor working at the intersection of urban infrastructure development, climate risk, land-use dynamics, and energy security. With over 15 years of experience across government, national research institutions, and academia, including work with Oak Ridge National Laboratory. I support organizations navigating complex, high-stakes decisions. My work focuses on identifying risk, clarifying trade-offs, and ensuring that policies and projects translate into outcomes that are feasible, resilient, and grounded in real-world conditions.

Urban and climate decisions often fall short because technical analysis, policy frameworks, and local realities are addressed in isolation. I work across these dimensions—integrating infrastructure systems, policy constraints, and socio-spatial contexts to support decisions that reflect how systems actually interact in practice.
